Asif has over 20 years of experience in the commercial legal sector, having trained and worked with national and leading firms. He advised and acted for large corporations, SMEs, and start-ups as well as individual private clients in matters concerning Employment Law and commercial litigation. He also gained management and leadership knowledge by heading teams and businesses in those areas.

The culmination of this experience has brought him to head Fairmont Legal, working with the director Faruk, to oversee compliance and regulation, strategy and business development to meet the growth plans Fairmont has set itself.

Asif also continues to advise businesses on Employment Law and HR and law firms on compliance and regulatory matters
