we will do it together

Basic Wills

We are here to assist

The purpose of our Wills service is to ensure that your estate is dealt with in accordance with your wishes. It can protect your loved ones from disputes and costly legal claims and provide much-needed certainty. A will drafted by a qualified solicitor will ensure the validity of it in the event matters are contested.

More information on Wills can be found below.

If you wish to speak with one of our specialists, please contact us via 01204 866597, [email protected]or our Contact Us page.

Our Fees

We have simplified our Will service so we can choose the right Will according to your needs. If your circumstances mean that the process is straightforward, we can make sure that your Will is prepared in a relatively short space of time.

However, as with all aspects of life, we appreciate that everybody’s situation is unique and requires a more bespoke Will. We offer a tailored service to make sure that your circumstances are taken into full consideration and that your Will reflects all your wishes.

01

Basic Will

Our professional costs for a Basic Will are £150 plus VAT for an individual, or £275 plus VAT if we prepare two Wills in the same terms for a couple. (This will not be Shariah compliant as you will instruct us to deal with your estate and heirs of your choice).

If your circumstances are complex and/or you need a more tailored Will, we will provide you with a quote based on the additional work required.

Once your Will has been completed, we may charge a small fee of £30.00 for any changes made to an existing Will which has been completed by us.

You can rest assured that you will not be faced with any surprise charges.
