Nazia is a Solicitor who practices Civil Litigation. With over 8 years of experience representing Claimants in a variety of Fast Track and Multi Track Personal Injury cases, has allowed her, to become a thorough and robust Solicitor. She predominantly deals with cases involving Road Traffic Accidents, however has had the experience of dealing with other areas of personal injury including Clinical Negligence, Employers Liability and Public Liability cases.

She specifically enjoys complex issues of fraud, LVI, causation and credit hire cases and she ensures she uses her best endeavours to achieve the most favourable outcome for her client’s.

Nazia is very direct and clear in her advice to her clients in relation to liability and quantum. She is highly experienced in drafting legal documents including Particulars or Claim, Schedule of Loss, and Defence to Counter-claims.
