As a HR professional Rachael is known for making the complex easy, helping people navigate through intricate employment legislation and having a pragmatic approach when dealing with all situations. She can build relationships at all levels and to operate as an effective partner to any business, linking human resources and strategy to the business agenda.

Rachael has extensive experience in dealing with complex disciplinary and grievance situations as well as absence, capability, and performance issues. She has also managed large scale restructure, TUPE and redundancy projects.
